Note-Candidate must have experience in fintech or BFSI products training only.

• To conduct a New Hire Orientation Program for onboarding candidates and assess them on various parameters for certification.
• Enhancing their knowledge about company product, policy, process & product.
• Give On Job Training to the new joined employees in starting 3 months and track their productivity on a regular basis.
• Identify Training needs by collaborating with management and through counselling.
• Conduct Motivational Sessions for the High vintage Low performing Employees.
• Audit Calls of the DIP callers and share feedback with them.
• Give Training on Upsell to the Sales Executives.
• Felicitate the Partner Brand Employees about company products and services.
• Visit from time to time at employees' workplace and random checks to ensure the quality of application.

Requirements

1. Should have more than 3 years of work experience in L&D.

2. Preferably should have the experience in Banking or Fintech products.

3. Excellent PPT presentation skills.

4. Comfortable to work in 6 days
