Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Trainer based in Lucknow. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering sales training programs, conducting training sessions, developing training materials, and measuring training effectiveness. The candidate will also be responsible for enhancing the sales team’s skills, knowledge, and performance to meet sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include preparing presentations, conducting workshops, providing one-on-one coaching, and staying up-to-date with the latest sales training techniques and technologies.

Qualifications

Experience in Presentation Skills and Sales Trainings
Proficiency in Training & Development and Communication
Strong Customer Service skills
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to motivate and train sales personnel
Experience in the sales industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, HR, or related field
