Responsibilities:

• Develop onboarding & training programs for new sales hires.
  
• Participate in recruitment and selection of sales reps.
  
• Create sales playbooks, call scripts, and objection handling guides.
  
• Conduct role-play sessions and live call reviews.
  
• Monitor team KPIs and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  
• Analyze sales data to optimize processes and improve conversion rates.
  
• Hold daily huddles & weekly performance reviews.
  
• Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation with sales strategy.
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in sales training and leadership roles.
  
• Demonstrated history of delivering team revenue growth.
  
• Strong communication & presentation skills.
  
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
  
• Industry experience in healthcare, SaaS, or high-volume telesales preferred.
