Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular training sessions for new and existing sales executives on real estate products, sales techniques, and communication skills. Develop customized training modules for property sales, client handling, and objection management. Evaluate team performance and identify skill gaps to design targeted coaching programs. Organize role-plays, mock pitches, and practical sessions to enhance on-ground sales effectiveness. Work closely with sales managers to track performance improvements and sales achievements post-training. Stay updated with market trends, project details, and competitor analysis to keep training relevant. Conduct motivational sessions to boost team morale and productivity. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales and at least 1–2 years in a training role. Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills. In-depth knowledge of the Noida and NCR real estate market. Ability to motivate and drive large sales teams toward achieving targets.
