Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Trainer who will be responsible for training, mentoring, and optimizing the performance of our Inside Sales team. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing sales effectiveness, improving lead conversion, and driving high-impact performance through structured learning programs, CRM mastery, and call quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Development

  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs for Inside Sales executives across onboarding, product knowledge, soft skills, CRM usage, and sales process.
  • Conduct regular sales workshops, mock calls, and role-play sessions focused on lead qualification, pitch structuring, objection handling, and closing techniques.

Sales Process Excellence

  • Ensure adherence to the complete inside sales funnel — from lead capture to conversion and retention.
  • Define best practices and SOPs for each stage of the funnel (CRM management, follow-ups, demo handling, and closure).
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to identify skill gaps and provide targeted coaching.

Call Monitoring & Quality Assurance

  • Monitor and evaluate recorded calls daily/weekly to ensure script adherence, tonality, empathy, and closing skills.
  • Provide structured feedback and call coaching to individual team members to improve conversion metrics.

CRM Utilization & Data Analytics

  • Train and ensure disciplined use of CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, LeadSquared) for tracking, segmentation, lead scoring, and pipeline health.
  • Leverage data to identify performance bottlenecks, high-potential reps, and process improvements.
  • Create monthly training dashboards to track progress, ROI, and knowledge retention.

Collaboration & Strategic Input

  • Work with Founders, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align training initiatives with business goals and customer expectations.
  • Provide insights from ground-level interactions to refine scripts, GTM strategies, and customer personas.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6–10 years of experience in Inside Sales Training, preferably in EdTech, HealthTech, SaaS, or D2C industries.
  • Proven track record of training high-performing inside sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms, lead lifecycle management, and sales KPIs.
  • Analytical mindset with strong command over sales data and performance reporting.
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and team motivation skills.
  • Empathetic, dynamic, and high-energy personality with a solution-first mindset.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
