UI/UX Executive

Role OverviewYou will lead the UI/UX design of marketing websites and healthcare product interfaces. From wireframes to interactive prototypes in Figma, you’ll turn user insights and business goals into delightful, conversion-friendly experiences across both marketing and product surfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on responsive marketing websites and landing pages

• Craft user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma

• Collaborate with product and tech teams to design mobile/web app interfaces

• Translate user research into usable and scalable UI components

• Create interactive prototypes to communicate flow and functionality before development

• Maintain and evolve a design system with reusable components

• Work closely with developers to ensure visual and functional accuracy in implementation

• Conduct usability testing and collect feedback for continual improvement

Must-Have Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design for web + mobile platforms

• Proficiency in Figma with strong prototyping skills

• Solid understanding of responsive design, UX principles, and accessibility

• Experience designing both marketing and product interfaces

• Ability to balance clean design with business goals (conversion, usability)

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Bonus (Good to Have)

• Experience with healthcare, wellness, or D2C brands

• Familiarity with Webflow, WordPress, or other CMS/no-code tools

• Basic HTML/CSS understanding to support dev handoff

• Knowledge of tools like Hotjar, GA4, or session recording for UX insights

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
