Sales Trainer

Job Description: As a Sales Trainer with over 5 years of experience, your role involves developing and delivering structured training programs for new hires and existing sales team members. You will create engaging training content, including scripts, presentations, call guides, and objection handling techniques. Conducting regular refresher training sessions to keep the team updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver structured training programs for new hires and existing sales team members. - Create engaging training content, including scripts, presentations, call guides, and objection handling techniques. - Conduct regular refresher training sessions to keep the team updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards. - Work closely with Sales Team Leads to identify performance gaps and conduct targeted coaching sessions. - Use call audits and performance metrics to provide constructive feedback and improve sales conversion rates. - Continuously assess training effectiveness and recommend process or content improvements based on feedback and performance results. - Maintain records of training sessions, participant feedback, and post-training performance analysis. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in a sales role, with at least 2 years in sales training, coaching, or team lead capacity. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field. - Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales process, including cold calling, lead qualification, objection handling, and closing. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to conduct engaging training sessions both in-person and virtually. - Experience with CRM tools and call tracking systems is a plus.
