Sales Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecalling Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining products/services, answering queries, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing in a clear and engaging manner.
• Answer customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Generate leads, follow up, and convert them into sales.
• Maintain a daily record of calls, leads, and sales in CRM/software.
• Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, and market trends to the sales team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in [insert languages as per requirement – e.g., English, Hindi, regional languages].
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive during calls.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, or sales software).
