Job Title: Sales Telecaller – Home Loan & LAP (Corporate DSA) Location: Mumbai Industry: Financial Services / Banking / Housing Finance Department: Sales & Business Development Employment Type: Full Time Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Telecaller to join our team specializing in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and coordinating with clients and banking partners to drive loan business. This role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to convert inquiries into applications. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Inbound Handling: Lead Generation & Conversion: Loan Application Coordination: . CRM & Reporting: Key Skills Required: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and preferably Marathi. Strong sales pitch and persuasion ability. Sound understanding of Home Loan and LAP product features, eligibility criteria, and documentation. Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM or loan processing software. Good listening skills, patience, and client handling. Educational Qualifications: Graduate Experience: 1–3 years of telecalling experience in Home Loans, LAP, or financial products. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of calls made per day. Quality leads generated. Conversion ratio (Lead to Application). Follow-up efficiency. Client satisfaction and feedback.
