Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller to promote and sell our [Course Name] to potential students. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to handle rejection positively. Key Responsibilities: Outbound calling to potential leads and explain course offerings. Understand the student’s learning needs and recommend suitable courses. Follow up with interested leads and convert them into enrollments. Maintain daily call logs and lead tracking on CRM/software. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets of lead conversion. Handle objections and answer queries related to the course. Coordinate with the counseling/admissions team as required. Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, etc.). Persuasive and confident personality. Target-oriented mindset. Prior experience in telesales or education sales is a plus.
