You will be responsible for helping your team reach their monthly sales targets, guiding them in their daily work, and making sure the team performs at its best. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems, and achieving business goals. *Key Responsibilities* *Team Management* Lead and support a team of sales executives. Set clear monthly targets and help the team achieve them. Monitor team performance and give regular feedback. Organize training sessions to help the team improve. Encourage a positive and productive work environment. *Sales Planning & Execution* Plan and implement sales strategies to grow business. Help the team convert leads into successful sales. Identify new customer segments and business opportunities. Support the team in closing large or important deals. *Reporting & Tracking* Track daily, weekly, and monthly team performance. Prepare simple reports and updates for senior management. Use CRM tools to manage leads and customer information accurately. *Customer Handling* Guide the team in handling customer queries and complaints. Step in to manage high-value clients or escalated issues Maintain strong relationships with key customers. *Coordination & Compliance* Work closely with other departments like operations, credit, and marketing.
