Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader located in Noida. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the team, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring team performance and productivity. Tasks include setting goals, providing mentorship and feedback, and handling administrative duties relevant to team management. The role also involves ensuring adherence to company policies and supporting the team in achieving client satisfaction and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Team Management, Leadership, and Supervisory skills
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Organizational skills
• Experience with Financial Planning, Lending, and Underwriting
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role
• Experience in the financial industry is preferred
