We are seeking a motivated Business Development Team Leader to manage a small team, drive client growth, and achieve sales targets.

Job Description

The Business Development Team Leader will oversee a small team of executives, guide lead generation efforts, manage client relationships, and ensure revenue growth. The role requires hands-on sales skills, people management capability, and the ability to close deals effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of Business Development Executives.
• Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and partnerships.
• Convert leads into clients by explaining compliance and licensing services.
• Set daily/weekly sales targets for the team and ensure achievement.
• Support the team in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Track team performance and prepare sales progress reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
• Ensure excellent client servicing and follow-ups for repeat business.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• 2–3 years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales..
• Experience in compliance, consulting, or service-based sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with ability to handle targets and deadlines.
