Job Location:Bengaluru Job Type:Full-time | Field Sales Role Experience Required:3–7 years in Water Treatment / Water Softener / RO / STP / ETP / Industrial Sales or similar industry. Key Responsibilities Identify, visit, and develop relationships with potential customers in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Generate new business by promoting Water Softeners, RO Plants, STP, ETP, and Filtration Systems. Conduct site visits, analyze customer water conditions, and suggest suitable products or customized solutions. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, technical proposals, and quotations to clients. Negotiate and close deals while achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with the technical and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, client interactions, and payments. Participate in marketing campaigns, trade fairs, and product demos when required. Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in field sales within the Water Treatment or Environmental Solutions industry. Strong understanding of Water Softener, Filtration, and RO system operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a field-intensive role. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools for lead and report management. Must have a two-wheeler with valid driving license. Education:Diploma / B.Tech / B.Sc. in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, or related discipline, OR Graduate with strong sales experience in Water Treatment or Industrial Products.
