Location: Kolkata, West BengalSalary: Up to 35k + PF + Insurance + 300/- TA Per day + Incentives and other bonus(Fixed salary depends on the interview based)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead our on-ground sales executives, drive customer acquisition, and expand Milkbaskets market presence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and the ability to motivate and guide a team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of field sales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly acquisition targets.Plan and execute local sales campaigns, door-to-door promotions, and community engagement activities.Monitor team performance, track daily productivity, and ensure achievement of KPIs.Identify new business opportunities and areas for customer base expansion.Ensure high-quality customer interactions and maintain brand reputation.Collect market feedback and provide insights to management for improving sales strategies.Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales drives.Handle escalations and support the team in resolving customer queries or challenges on-ground.Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with the management team.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)25 years of experience in sales; minimum 1 year in a team leader or supervisory roleExperience in FMCG, grocery delivery, or startup environments is an added advantageProficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools
