This position requires leading a team focused on telesales and inside sales, driving performance, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C sales and voice processes, with a proven track record in hardcore sales leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a telesales team to meet and exceed sales goals. - Oversee daily operations, including call quality, productivity, and performance metrics. - Provide training, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their sales skills. - Monitor and analyze sales data to implement strategies for improvement. - Handle complex sales queries and resolve issues effectively. Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of team lead experience in telesales or inside sales with a focus on hardcore sales. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to work in a rotational shift with 1 rotational off, from 10 AM to 7 PM. - HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent qualification.
