Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to lead, guide, and support the sales team in achieving their targets and driving business growth. The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for team performance, sales strategy execution, customer relationship management, and daily team supervision. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and ensure the team meets or exceeds them. Provide training, mentoring, and continuous support to sales executives. Monitor sales activities and provide regular performance feedback. Develop sales strategies and action plans to generate leads and close sales. Assist team members in field visits, client meetings, and negotiations when required. Handle key accounts and build strong customer relationships. Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis. Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and complaints. Coordinate with marketing and support teams to ensure smooth operations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader or Senior Sales Executive. Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities. Target-driven with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Willingness to travel as required. Preferred: Experience in industries like FMCG, Real Estate, Automotive, Education, or Financial Services. Ability to handle high-pressure sales environments and manage multiple tasks.
