The ideal candidate should have a strong background in financial product sales, particularly business loans, and a proven track record of team management and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly business loan disbursement targets. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve performance and productivity. Generate leads through direct sourcing, channel partners, DSA networks, and existing customer references. Drive field sales efforts, including client meetings and relationship management. Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure adherence to SOPs, compliance, and quality parameters. Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure timely processing and disbursal of loans. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Maintain strong relationships with SME customers and provide tailored loan solutions. Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of Business Loan products, underwriting basics, and lending norms. Proven team leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of local market and customer base preferred. Basic proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
