The ideal candidate should have prior experience in loan sales or telecalling, strong communication skills, and a goal-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities: Call potential customers from the provided database to promote unsecured business loan products. Explain loan features, eligibility, and documentation requirements clearly and professionally. Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful loan applications. Followup on leads through phone calls, messages, and emails until closure. Maintain and update the call records, customer database, and follow-up status. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by the team lead or manager. Coordinate with the field sales or credit team to ensure smooth processing of applications. Address customer queries and provide accurate product information to build trust. Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, or loan product sales. Prior experience in the NBFC or financial services sector is preferred. Excellent communication skills in Tamil (local language) and basic English. Strong convincing and negotiation abilities. Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM software, etc.). Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of handling pressure. Team player with a positive attitude.
