🔹 Company: Sampathi Credits Pvt Ltd 🔹 Position: Tele-Collection Executive 🔹 Location: T. Nagar, Chennai 🔹 Work Type: Work from Office Job Description We are looking for a Tele-Collection Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in bucket and recovery collections to join our growing team at Sampathi Credits Pvt Ltd. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments and follow up for collections. Negotiate and convince customers for timely repayment of dues. Maintain accurate records of daily follow-ups and payments collected. Follow standard collection procedures and guidelines. Handle customer queries and provide resolution professionally. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the team lead/manager. Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in tele-collection (bucket and recovery). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Tamil (spoken) is mandatory. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records. Salary & Benefits: Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives Other Benefits: As per company policy
