Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers for overdue EMI/payment reminders and resolve past dues.
Educate customers on payment options, due dates, and consequences of default.
Negotiate payment plans with customers as per company policy and record commitments.
Update daily call logs, promises to pay, and other collection activities in the collection system.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly collection targets assigned by the management.
Follow up proactively on broken promises to pay and communicate effectively with customers.
Identify reasons for default and escalate problem cases or disputes to the concerned department.
Adhere to the code of conduct, ethical collection practices, and regulatory guidelines set by RBI and the company.

Preferred candidate profile

Mumbai western line candidates are preferred
