Job Description

Role Overview: As a Collections Executive, your main responsibility will be to contact debtors by telephone in order to enact and negotiate debt recovery. You will also be required to search publicly available databases to track down defaulters, communicate with customers regarding their overdue loans, prepare daily activity reports and MIS, and attend inbound calls from customers. Qualifications Required: - Must be a graduate. - Experience of 0 to 1 year is preferred. - Candidate must have proficiency in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada will be an added advantage. - Should be open to working in shifts. - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.,
