Sales Team Leader

Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Lead, guide, and motivate a team of field engineers/technicians. Allocate daily tasks and monitor performance to meet KPIs (installations, service calls, downtime resolution). Operations & Execution: Ensure timely execution of broadband installation and maintenance requests. Monitor network health and coordinate with NOC/technical team for quick fault resolution. Maintain SLA compliance for service restoration. Customer Satisfaction: Handle escalations from customers and provide prompt resolution. Ensure excellent service delivery and build positive customer relationships. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily MIS reports, job cards, and field activity updates. Track inventory and tools allocated to team members. Training & Development: Conduct on-the-job training for field staff to improve technical and soft skills. Promote safety compliance and standard operating procedures Qualifications & Experience: Education: Any Graduation Diploma / B.E. in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or relevant field. Experience: 2–5 years of field operations experience in ISP / Telecom industry, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leader role. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of broadband installation, troubleshooting, and network basics (FTTH, OFC, LAN, Wi-Fi). Excellent leadership and team management skills. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and MS Office. Ability to work under pressure and handle customer escalations.
