Role Overview

Just and True Immigration Law & Services is seeking a high-accountability Sales Team Leader to drive revenue growth across our visa and immigration practice. This role carries direct ownership of sales performance, team productivity, and monthly revenue targets.

This is not a supervisory title role. It is a hands-on leadership position requiring active selling, daily team control, and strict target execution within a legal and compliance-driven framework.

Core Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Revenue Generation

  • Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the firm’s visa services.
  • Actively participate in high-value client conversions alongside the sales team.
  • Drive sales for study visas, work visas, PR, visitor visas, family visas, and other approved services.
  • Ensure ethical, transparent, and compliant sales practices aligned with immigration laws and firm policy.

Team Management & Performance Control

  • Lead, mentor, and monitor telecallers and sales executives on a daily basis.
  • Allocate leads, track conversions, and enforce follow-up discipline.
  • Conduct daily sales huddles, weekly reviews, and monthly performance evaluations.
  • Identify underperformers and implement corrective actions or recommend termination when required.
  • Train team members on objection handling, service pitching, and client retention.

Sales Process & Reporting

  • Establish and enforce structured sales processes, scripts, and follow-up systems.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline data, and revenue forecasts.
  • Coordinate closely with legal advisors and case-processing teams for smooth client onboarding.
  • Ensure no misrepresentation, false guarantees, or non-compliant commitments are made to clients.

Client Relationship & Retention

  • Handle escalated or high-value client discussions.
  • Ensure a professional client experience consistent with a law firm’s standards.
  • Support retention strategies to maximize lifetime client value.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly revenue achievement
  • Team conversion ratio
  • Lead utilization efficiency
  • Follow-up compliance rate
  • Client satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate / Postgraduate preferred.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in immigration, education consultancy, or professional services.
  • At least 1–2 years of proven team leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of target-based sales environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Punjabi.
  • High integrity, discipline, and process orientation.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems, sales dashboards, and reporting tools.

  • Can lead from the front, not from a desk.
  • Comfortable with pressure, accountability, and transparent reporting.
  • Understands the difference between selling professional legal services and casual consultancy sales.
