Telecaller – Nepal Language Specialist (Visa Services)

Job Overview:

Just and True Immigration Law & Services is a dynamic and reputable immigration consulting firm dedicated to providing comprehensive immigration services to individuals, families, and businesses. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller who is fluent in Nepali (spoken and understanding), with excellent communication and customer service skills. The candidate will be responsible for handling calls and providing accurate information about study visas, visitor visas, and PR (permanent residency) services to clients from Nepal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients from Nepal.
• Clearly explain our immigration and visa services (Study Visa, Visitor Visa, PR).
• Build trust and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
• Record and manage client data in CRM or lead management system.
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain lead conversion records.
• Maintain transparency and represent our company’s true and ethical immigration values.
• Coordinate with internal team for documentation, processing, and appointment setting.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Nepali language (spoken & understanding) is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Nepali and Hindi/English.
• Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or similar role (preferred, but freshers with strong language skills may apply).
• Confident, polite, and professional telephone manner.
• Basic knowledge of immigration/visa processes is an added advantage.
• Ability to use basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
