Visa Counselor – Study, Skilled Migration & PR

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Visa Counselor to join our dynamic team at Just and True Immigration Law & Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective clients through the visa application process, with a focus on Study Visas, Skilled Migration Visas, and Permanent Residency (PR) pathways. This is a sales-driven advisory role that combines immigration knowledge with relationship-building skills to convert leads into successful clients.

Key Responsibilities: Client Consultation & Counseling

• Conduct in-person, phone, or online consultations with prospective clients.
• Understand client needs, career goals, and immigration aspirations.
• Match clients with appropriate visa options (Study, Skilled Migration, PR).
• Educate clients about destination countries, eligibility criteria, documentation, and timelines.

Sales & Conversion

• Convert walk-ins, referrals, and inbound leads into paying clients.
• Present and upsell value-added services such as post-landing support, legal documentation, and job assistance.
• Follow-up rigorously via calls, WhatsApp, and email to ensure maximum conversions.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.

Documentation & Compliance

• Guide clients on document collection, SOP writing, and application preparation.
• Coordinate with legal and documentation teams for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in client dealings.

Team Collaboration & Campaigns

• Support marketing campaigns, webinars, and client awareness events.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on immigration law and visa policy changes.
• Collaborate with legal advisors, admission officers, and processing teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred in Business, Law, or Education).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in overseas education or immigration counseling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, Punjabi preferred).
• Strong persuasion and sales skills.
• Familiarity with countries like Canada, Australia, UK, and New Zealand.
• Ability to handle pressure and multi-task.
