Sales Team Leader

Location: Indore Experience Required: 2–5 years (Team handling experience is mandatory) About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our growing stock broking firm. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the stock market and a proven track record in leading a team of relationship managers or dealers in a fast-paced broking environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team of Equity Dealers/Sales Executives to meet business targets. Drive client acquisition and revenue growth through effective team performance. Monitor and ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and company policies. Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to the team. Manage escalations and resolve client queries promptly. Work closely with senior management to implement strategic sales plans. Analyze market trends and guide clients and team members accordingly. --- Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Commerce, or related field preferred) NISM Series VII certification (mandatory) Proven 2–5 years of experience in stock broking or financial services Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication and client-handling skills Sound knowledge of financial markets, equity products, and trading platforms --- Why Join Us?
