Sales Team Leader

As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets. Your strong leadership skills and passion for sales will drive revenue growth and success for the team. You will mentor and coach team members, provide regular feedback, and develop sales strategies to exceed targets. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring team performance, conducting training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with other departments to align strategies. You will also be responsible for preparing sales reports and forecasts, ensuring CRM systems are updated, and recruiting new team members as needed. To qualify for this role, you should have proven experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership position. Strong understanding of sales principles, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Preferred skills for this role include problem-solving abilities, familiarity with pipeline management, and forecasting techniques. This is a full-time position with a morning shift schedule and performance bonus. The work location is in person.
