Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and confident Phone Banking Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Car Loans , managing cold calls , generating and converting leads , following up with bankers , and driving loan sales performance . Key Responsibilities: Make cold calls to potential customers to promote loan products. Identify and generate qualified leads through calls, referrals, and follow-ups. Explain various loan products (Personal, Business, and Car Loans) and their features to customers. Coordinate with bankers and loan officers for timely processing and documentation. Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and status in CRM or tracking sheets. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. Follow up with leads consistently until closure. Requirements: Minimum 6 Months of experience in loan sales or telecalling preferred. Good communication and persuasion skills. Basic understanding of loan products and banking processes.
