Manage a team of 20 membersFloor management and live call (queue) monitoringDrive team to achieve performance metrics and sales targetsMaintain service level matrices and KPIsControl shrinkage and attrition effectivelyConduct regular audits and provide actionable feedback to enhance customer experienceDevelop and implement action plans with the manager to meet performance goalsOversee daily operations in the absence of the managerCollaborate with team members to resolve customer and client issuesHandle HR-related activities including appraisals, confirmations, promotions, and terminationsCompile reports on team performance, sales conversion, and customer feedbackIdentify upselling/cross-selling opportunities and drive the team to meet sales targets

Requirements

Proven experience in sales processes (voice-based inbound/outbound) within the BPO industryGraduate in any disciplineProficient in MS Office toolsStrong communication, leadership, and team management skillsGood analytical and problem-solving abilitiesHighly self-motivated and target-drivenWillingness to work in rotational shiftsWork from Office – Bangalore (Sarjapura Road)Contact Person: Saurabh 7024932998
