Sales Team Leader

As a Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals. Your role will involve hiring, training, motivating, counseling, and monitoring the performance of the sales team. You will direct and schedule the activities of team employees, ensuring proper staffing levels at all times. Additionally, you will be tasked with ensuring that each customer is greeted promptly, implementing and maintaining a prospect tracking and follow-up system, and assisting salespeople in closing deals when necessary. You will also conduct sales training meetings as directed by the general sales manager and work towards ensuring that team members maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Attending sales meetings will also be a part of your responsibilities.
