Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Plan daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and assign targets to team members.
  • Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Assist the sales team in closing deals, negotiations, and customer follow-ups.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and handle escalated customer issues.
  • Track enquiries, test drives, bookings, and deliveries through CRM or sales registers.
  • Coordinate with finance, insurance, and RTO teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and product training sessions.
  • Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
  • Support recruitment and training of new sales executives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
