As the Team Leader, your role will involve setting clear goals for the team, tracking their performance using KPIs, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and helping the team meet targets. You must have a minimum of 24 years of overall experience, including documented Team Leader experience in a domestic inbound and outbound customer service voice process. It is mandatory that you have managed a team of at least 20-25 advisors in your current or most recent role. Key Responsibilities: - Set clear goals for the team and track their performance using KPIs. - Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and help the team meet targets. - Monitor calls, regularly coach team members, and support low performers. - Guide the team to respond to customer queries promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with the Training and QA teams to identify training needs and provide regular coaching or refresher sessions. - Be a motivated self-starter who is eager to create an impact from the ground up. Qualifications & Skills: - Strong communication and leadership skills. - Fluency in Marathi is required. - Problem-solving mindset. - Willingness to work in shifts and handle sales-related tasks. - Customer-focused, especially in the agriculture sector. - Good knowledge of Agronomy is a must.
