Job Description

🔹 Key Responsibilities: Supervise, motivate, and guide a team of sales executives to achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance reviews. Drive individual and team productivity through effective training and mentoring. Handle escalation calls and resolve customer concerns efficiently. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports and share with management. Conduct sales huddles and meetings to align the team with organizational goals. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a positive team environment. Collaborate with HR and management for recruitment and training of new team members. 🔹 Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Team Leader in a BPO or call center. Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills. In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, team handling, and reporting. Ability to manage targets under pressure and maintain team morale. Good command over English and Hindi communication. Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools preferred.
