Job Title: Insurance Team Leader

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Team Leader who has strong knowledge of the insurance industry and IRDAI guidelines. The ideal candidate should be skilled in managing outbound sales processes, converting leads into business over calls (no fieldwork), and handling a telesales team effectively to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and guide the telesales team to achieve monthly business targets.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and convert leads into sales.
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies.
• Track team performance, maintain reports, and support business growth.
• Provide product knowledge and sales motivation to team members.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and sales conversion skills (voice process).
• Experience in the insurance or telesales domain.
• Team handling and leadership ability.
• Good understanding of IRDAI norms and compliance.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on business results.

Experience: 2–5 years in insurance telesales or team handling roles

Employment Type: Full-time (Office-based / On-call sales)

Salary: Negotiable (as per experience)
