Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, train, and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies and action plans focused on the education sector.
• Performance Monitoring: Track team and individual performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and provide coaching and corrective action when necessary.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and other departments to align sales initiatives and ensure seamless program delivery.
• Reporting & Analysis: Analyze sales data, trends, and market conditions to identify areas for improvement and provide accurate forecasts and reports to senior management.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties and administrative work, such as completing sales reports.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in a sales leadership role, with a preference for experience within the education or Edtech sectors.
• Sales Acumen: A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Leadership: Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
• Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the education sector, including market trends
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
