Develop and Execute Sales Strategies 3. Generate Leads and Build Client Relationships 4. Manage Sales Pipeline 5. Manage Budget 6. Coordinate with Other Teams 7. Determining sales targets and quotas 8. Monitoring and evaluating sales performance 9. Negotiating contracts 10. Travelling across Kerala Talent PSC Academy (Publications) is a prominent leader in the educational publishing sector, dedicated to producing high-quality learning materials for competitive examinations. Our mission is to provide innovative and accessible resources that empower students throughout Kerala. We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our team of sales representatives and business development managers. This role is crucial in driving our growth and expanding our reach in the educational market. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or Sales team management, preferably within the publishing or education sector. Proven B2B Sales Track Record Experience working with bookstores across Kerala is highly preferred. Knowledge of educational publishing and competitive exams is an advantage. Willingness to Travel Target-Driven and Money-Motivated Experience: 6 to 8 Years from similar field preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
