Job Description

Role Overview: As a part of Talent PSC Academy, a premier educational institution in Kerala, you will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets in the education sector. Your role will involve team leadership, strategy development, performance monitoring, collaboration with other departments, analysis of sales data, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas. - Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies and action plans focused on the education sector. - Track team and individual performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and provide coaching and corrective action when necessary. - Work collaboratively with marketing, product, and other departments to align sales initiatives and ensure seamless program delivery. - Analyze sales data, trends, and market conditions to identify areas for improvement and provide accurate forecasts and reports to senior management. - Handle administrative duties and tasks such as completing sales reports. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. - Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the education or Edtech sectors. - Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - In-depth knowledge of the education sector, including market trends. - Proficiency with CRM software.
