Job Description

We're a fast growing startup in area of international recruitment. We're growing quickly and expanding to new markets, and have already grown from a team of 25 to 75 in a year.


Role:

Lead a sales team to hit revenue targets by converting high-intent leads into program enrollments. Balance coaching, execution, and process discipline.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage 6–12 sales executives; set and monitor daily/weekly targets.
  • Drive conversions for high-ticket programs (₹1.5L–₹2L)
  • Own partial revenue quota + ensure 90%+ team target achievement.
  • Coach reps on consultative selling and objection handling.
  • Track funnel metrics: conversion (3–6%), connect rate, productivity.
  • Ensure CRM accuracy and smooth cross-team collaboration.


Requirements:

  • 4–6 yrs B2C inside sales, 1–2 yrs team management.
  • Strong in high-ticket consultative sales.
  • Data-driven, motivational, process-oriented.


Location:

Delhi NCR (Mohan Estate). 6 Days a Week, 1 Sat Off Every Month.
