Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is located in Lucknow. The Sales Team Lead will oversee daily sales operations, manage the sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, and engage with clients to ensure excellent customer service. The individual will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and data to optimize sales opportunities.

• Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
