Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Lead located in Gurugram. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include monitoring sales metrics, providing training and support, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
