Job Description

Seeking applicants for full-time, remote position. Candidate will be highly experienced with AT&T’s portfolio of products/services and applicable processes and procedures required to contract, order, implement and/or provide project management and lifecycle support for those products/services. Major duties may include but not be limited to the following: · Use online tools to extract, analyze and customize data · Manage/track requests through CRM system · Interface with Sales, AT&T, and clients via email and calls to provide pre- and post-sales support efficiently and accurately in various capacities · Assist sales teams with data entry requirements related to custom pricing events · Assist sales teams with generating product-specific quotes · Create, maintain, and update Work-in-Progress tracker for both customer and sales team presentation · Function as liaison between Sales, customers, and AT&T teams to ensure successful projects and customer experience · Set proper expectations and advise customer of possible delays · Proactively monitor critical dates and take required action · Work with SDM to ensure timelines are met and/or pursue escalation procedures ASAP · Help schedule and attend TTU and/or LAN migrations as needed · Provide pertinent technical information to customer post service installation as applicable · Provide post installation verification documents to customer as applicable · Schedule post-project completion call with customer to advise of lifecycle support process · Help customers open trouble tickets and escalate as needed · Assist Sales in billing research and support engagement related to customer disputes · Assist Sales in obtaining customer inventories and billing information · Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Ideal candidate will possess the following: · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Strong organizational skills · Strong attention to detail · Multi-tasking skills · Ability to provide expected deliverables to sales teams and customers reliably, accurately, and efficiently · Ability to understand and carry out general instructions · Ability to solve problems in standard situations Other Skills and Abilities: · Proficient use of AT&T systems: (e.g., ROME, ASAP, Sales Express, MyTracker, Support Center & RDS) · Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite Products · Familiar with CRM systems and data entry Show more Show less
