Job Title: Sales Support Specialist Location: Delhi (On-site) Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Off Days: 2nd and 4th Saturdays off Industry: Waste Management / Sustainability About EcoEx EcoEx is India’s first digital platform that helps companies manage plastic waste and meet sustainability rules (EPR compliance). We use technology to support cleaner, greener business practices. What You’ll Do As a Sales Support Specialist , you’ll work closely with our sales team to: Prepare sales reports and Excel dashboards Help manage documents (like CapCB/SPCB drafts) Find and qualify leads for new business Assist in making presentations and proposals Talk to existing clients, set up meetings, and follow up Look for chances to upsell or cross-sell services Keep the CRM updated with client info and follow-ups Track order status and help with payments Handle day-to-day sales team tasks and client support What You Need At least 2 years of experience in sales support or coordination Good with Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), Word, and PowerPoint Comfortable with CRM tools Clear communicator and good with people Well-organized and detail-focused Able to multitask and manage deadlines Why Join Us?
