Sales Support Management Analyst II

Job Summary:

The Sales Support Management Analyst II provides operational and analytical support throughout the end-to-end sales cycle. This non-customer-facing role ensures the accuracy, timeliness, and accessibility of sales and customer data to drive business efficiency and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain sales opportunity and customer information in internal systems.
• Capture, organize, and validate data to ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
• Generate and analyze reports to track sales performance, KPIs, and productivity.
• Support sales teams by coordinating activities, resolving data-related issues, and maintaining documentation.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives to optimize data use and reporting.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to provide updates and resolve queries during and after the sales cycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in
