Job Title: Sales Support Executive (Tele sales) Job Location: Madurai Department: Sales Reports To: Sales Manager / Team Lead Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Support Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Support Executive , you will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. You will interact with potential customers, identify their needs, and offer suitable products or services. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and able to build rapport with customers. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to sell products or services. Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions. Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with product features, pricing, and industry trends to confidently present offerings to customers. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Customer Follow-ups: Follow up on previous calls and convert leads into successful sales. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction. CRM Management: Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share insights and strategies that improve overall performance. Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Previous working experience is preferred not mandatory. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal Tamil communication skills with the ability to engage customers in a professional manner. Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals. Customer Service: Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships. Target-Driven: Motivated by meeting sales targets and achieving measurable results. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to various customer personalities and situations. Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. Language Proficiency: Fluency in Tamil and Good Understanding of English Languages.
