HR Executive – 1 to 2 Years Experience

Location: [Madurai]
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 1–2 years
Industry: Non-IT / Office Sales / Tele calling

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT, Office Sales & Tele calling profiles.
  • Manage onboarding, employee documentation, ID creation and joining formalities.
  • Support HR generalist activities such as:
  • Attendance & leave management
  • Maintaining employee records
  • Handling basic employee grievances
  • Coordinating training & orientation sessions
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports, trackers, and HR dashboards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Assist in performance monitoring and HR policy communication

Required Skills:

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR Recruitment or HR Generalist roles.
  • Good understanding of hiring for sales/telecalling profiles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel & basic MIS preparation.
  • Ability to multitask, coordinate, and meet hiring timelines

Education:

  • Any degree (MBA HR preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
