Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining MEPL Export Division as a Sales Support Executive, playing a crucial role in the international healthcare business operations. Your primary responsibilities will include managing export inquiries, preparing quotations and technical-commercial offers, maintaining CRM data, and coordinating with internal departments for smooth execution of overseas orders. Your efforts will contribute to expanding MEPL's presence in global healthcare markets, specifically in Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and executing international sales strategies to achieve division growth targets. - Research and identify new market opportunities, project leads, and customer segments in assigned territories. - Prepare and submit commercial and technical quotations, prequalification documents, and product presentations. - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system (Odoo / Zoho / HubSpot). - Coordinate with production, accounts, and documentation teams to ensure timely proposal submission and order fulfillment. - Support the Director in client follow-ups, tender submissions, and communications with international agents. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and update promotional materials, client communication, and digital outreach content. - Track and analyze sales pipeline metrics and generate periodic performance reports. - Participate in internal sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or Engineering. - 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer support, or international business environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Odoo). - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
