Job Description

As a candidate for the role of Order Processing and Documentation, Sales Coordination, and Customer Relationship Management, your responsibilities will include: - Processing sales orders accurately and promptly, ensuring all required documentation is complete. - Coordinating with various departments to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery. - Maintaining organized and up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer interactions. - Collaborating closely with the sales team to provide administrative support in lead generation, prospecting, and sales follow-ups. - Assisting in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for clients. - Monitoring sales inquiries and effectively communicating with clients to address their needs and inquiries. - Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, acting as a point of contact for routine inquiries and support. - Gathering customer feedback and relaying insights to the sales and product teams to enhance service offerings. - Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients. - Collecting and analyzing sales data to generate reports, highlighting key performance metrics and trends. - Assisting in forecasting sales targets and tracking progress towards goals. - Providing actionable insights to the sales team to improve their efficiency and effectiveness. Candidate Profile: - Any Bachelor's degree. - Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role within the service industry is preferred. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.,
