Role Description: As a Sales Support Executive , you will be a key part of our business operations team, supporting the sales cycle from customer inquiry to delivery and post-sales coordination. This role is ideal for individuals with 0–3 years of experience who are organized, proactive, and eager to grow within a global B2B environment. You will work closely with Korean HQ, Indian customers, and external partners (forwarders, accounting firms, etc.), helping to streamline documentation, logistics coordination, and customer communication. Key Responsibilities: Handle quotation, order, and delivery tracking documentation Prepare and manage import/export and invoicing documents (POs, invoices, FIRCs, etc.) Coordinate logistics and shipping schedules with forwarders and customers Support communication between the India office and the Korean HQ Assist in customer follow-ups, data updates, and reporting Minimum Qualification Completed Undergraduate degree ("Accounts /Finance/ Management" Preferred) 0–3 years of work experience in sales coordination, operations, or customer support Freshers are highly encouraged to apply Strong proficiency in English communication (written and verbal) Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Outlook) English language proficiency is mandatory (both verbal and written) Preferred Attributes Detail-oriented, reliable, and quick learner Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multinational environment Basic understanding of export/import or B2B transactions (preferred but not mandatory) Language skills, particularly Korean, is preferred. Familiarity with energy storage or electronics industries is a plus.
