Sales Support Engineer

Job Description:

• Assist in preparing quotations, tenders, and proposals, ensuring accurate presentation of all technical aspects
• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to design customized solutions for clients
• Respond to technical inquiries from clients and offer continuous technical support
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for both clients and internal teams
• Assist in creating and updating documentation such as sales materials, installation guides, and technical manuals
• Maintain and regularly update the CRM system with sales-related technical data and client interactions
• Support in project handover to the implementation or service teams, ensuring a smooth transition
